How to Edit HD Videos to MP4/AVI/MPEG/MOV/WMV/MPG/FLV on Mac?

I like shooting. Usually after a wonderful vacation I will share the good memories with my family and friends, but the big problem that the HD videos can not be played on Mac, is really annoying.
