phone on type code 47*869#123580 then press 22 phone is enter test mode.press 55555555 display nambers see after A 4 digit phone lock code 1000000% tested.

I just got a champ and not really sure how to follow this instruction. Can someone guide me how to enter this code?

Typing 47*869#123580 will not trigger anything. when to press 22 and press 55555555? I may be lost. Can someone help?
