Help for Chinese Nokia E71pro Tv phone (Qwerty)
Dear all,
I'm a complete newbie trying to learn the ropes. I need assistance. I dropped my cellphone ( Nokia E71TV Qwerty) hard on the floor and it is now behaving funny. Sometimes it will power on well but the keypad wont work. Other times it powers on with a completely white screen. Initially I actually was able to make a call just after it fell but thereafter I cannot go beyond the startup screen. Sometimes the welcoming greeting when it powers on is completely upside down. I suspect the firmware is damaged. Please advise on what I can do. I will forever be grateful to all of you. Please be as basic as you can be because I'm a beginner. If it needs firmware, where can I get it? Thank you, Sylvester |
