(11-06-2010) microbox hwk ufs "unexpected Exception: BOX_ERROR: 1020" need help

Dear friends,

Am having original hwk ufs micro sarasoft box. 10days before i did update using ufs update tool. (am new to mobile flashing).

After this, i cant use "hwk dctxBB5 tools v 2.1.0.1". it gives the following error always while trying to connect

unexpected exception: BOX_ERROR: 1020

and this is my "Hwk update client" log

dont knw here why ufsx vendor name changed to CLONE BOX?..
