Panasonic Lumix GH1 is one of the listed supported camcorder in the support list of Aperture 3. But only .mov format is supported. If you shoot HD videos with SH mode (1280x720, 17Mbps, 50fps) in AVCHD footage, or 1920x1080 in AVCHD .mts format, you may find that the footage is not supported by Aperture 3.

To mix [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for slideshow, it is recommended that you convert MTS to MOV as Aperture compatible format, so that you can download Panasonic Lumix GH1 images and AVCHD videos to Aperture. Aunsoft MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac is the choice Mac MTS to Aperture converter for you. You can not only convert 1080i and 720p MTS to MOV, but also deinterlace 1080i MTS for smooth playback in slideshow.

If you have other AVCHD camcorders like Panasonic DMC-ZS7/TZ10, HDC-TM700/SD700/HS700, Sony HDR-CX350, HDR-CX550/XR550, Canon HF S21/S/20/S200 for creating slideshow with Aperture 3, just follow the steps below to add HD videos for presentation.

To keep 50fps in MOV format, just click "Settings" button to change frame rate to 50. If the GH1 MTS is recorded in 1280x720, you may also change video size to 1280*720.
