Fixed some problems detected :

- Problems for some country register (Cuba and Algeria)
- Now Polar_Sat detects old sagem account and autofill (for prevent errors)
- Improved communication with Polar Server

This new version of Polar requires that you register your box again.
Execute Polar_SAT (Service Advanced Tool) and register it.
Will post in few hours DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS about the process.
If you not REGISTER box, you will not allow to use this services :

- Sagem phones
- Samsung 3G phones
- Access to support (in future updates)
