Well first of all download this program
optiflash_e21 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] after the flash samsung E215 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] download USB driver [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] empazamos have everything ready to make the whole process First install the USB driver in device manager and we look reconococe whether or not (using the usb cable of the same model) if it must be recognized so  Second optiflash open the program and configure as shown in pictures   Choose the number of port recognized q  looking for flash file to browse and give it to accept now flashing friends after q end should be well  greetings
