BB5 Online unlock: Offline


About BB5 Online unlock:

1.Seems its not obvious for everyone. USE Online Unlock button! (not "unlock", ---> this can damage your phone! We are not responsible for these kinds of errors!)


2. Dont post logs about sucessful/unsucessful unlocks with IMEI and Production Serial!!! ( If you do so, we will ban you from universalbox servers, and also your UB box permanently!
3. About Simlock section write failed. This online method is good for 100% good phones. If you have RPL problems, First use our rpl service.
4.Response from server: This phone cannot be unlocked! (Dont complain about this, some phones have problems. Wait. --100 logs are not deducted)

About credit loss


If you loose credit then please write a pivate message and do the following steps instead of creating a new thread. This is the only way to get your lost credit refunded.
1. - think about your problem: is the credit loss by your mistake?

(UE- usererror)
If yes, we cannot help you, sorry. All of us do mistakes.Next time do a better job.
2.- At the moment Sonyericsson full (CSCA logger service) unlock is not working.

If you tried to used SE csca calculation (full unlock), wait 72 hours and go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] page. Sign in, and click on Db2020 queue. You can cancel the job and get back the credits. We cannot refund these credits, only YOU can do it by this auto process.
3.- any other problem (box gave an error at the end of processes etcetc.)
plz send us by PM (PRIVATE MESSAGE) the following things:

-send us your UB nick (universalbox.com login name, or if you click on info in universal sw, you will see)
- full log of process this is very important! (if not available, write it in pm.)

About dead boxes (device open failed)


A: If your box is not older than 6 months:
Send back to reseller, he will manage it to us, so we can repair. (ask about shipping charges).

B:Your box is older than 6 months:
Sorry, but we cannot manage to repair.
Posts about dead boxes will be deleted.


About stolen Logs.

Please be aware that credit stealing scammer(s) tries to acquire username and password in order to sell or use your credits!
There are 3 known ways how he tries to hijack accounts:
1, Sending fake emails with a linke to a fake website to ask you to login and renew your acount. These email's headers are fake and shows [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] as sender.
2, Sending fake emails with software attachment (Trojan-->use antivirus!) or link to a fake website which says software update for Universalbox.
3, Scammer contacts you by ICQ/MSN/SONORK and offers his help in order to acquire your username and password.

Main targets are resellers, but regular users can be victims as well!
You must keep in mind that we NEVER ask your password, nor we disturb you by MSN...(etc) We use the support forum instead, or we send messages by PM.
Software updates only available throught your Universalbox software.

So once again: Never give out your password and dont open UB exe files coming from msn/email !!
About stolen, and used logs: We cannot refund, thats not our responsibility.

About SECS LOGGER Service (final unlock db2020,A2) and BB5 online unlock:

At the moment not running. Dont ask when, we will contact you immediately. These threads will be deleted.

About BB5 unlocking: Yes, We used some original equipment.
Somebody spoiled our work, and Nokia closed the service.
we are currently working on other ways of unlocking bb5 phones, also trying to somehow fix online unlock.
stay tuned.
Some info for people who bought universalbox, and credits just because BB5 online unlock.
You can use credits for our other services.
Also BB5 unlock will be back, dont worry.
